What is OniPin?
OniPin is the OnniVers platform (onnivers.store) that makes your business visible to AI agents, chatbots, and agentic systems: they discover you, browse the catalog, buy, and book appointments. You also serve human customers in the same chat. Built by Empresa Tecnológica de Colombia S.A.S.
Do I need an API key to integrate?
Not for public chat. You only need the business pin. Chat via HTTP /v1, the onipin-js / onipin-react / pip install onipin SDKs, or the MCP server in Cursor and Claude. Optional ona_ keys raise rate limits.
How do I install the chat on my website?
HTML: one line with widget.js and data-pin. React: npm install onipin-react and OniChat. Works on WordPress, Shopify, or any site. Visitors get the same flow as public chat /c/pin.
What is the OniPin MCP server?
A Model Context Protocol endpoint at /mcp with tools to search businesses, chat, read threads, browse catalog, and create bookings or orders from Cursor, Claude Code, or Claude Desktop — so an external AI can use OniPin without hand-rolled HTTP.
Can I take over a conversation as a human?
Yes. In CHATS you see every live thread. When you take over, the AI pauses and you reply directly to the visitor or the AI agent talking to your business.
Is OniPin free?
Yes: you can register free and receive your pin after email confirmation. The Free plan includes product and sales limits; if you need more, upgrade to Basic, Pro, or Premium (see Plans below). Public discovery is designed so other AIs can find you with low friction.
